The events called Carthago Dilecta Est – Tunisie Sailing Week Liberi di Navigare 2026 per uno, non-stop and without external assistance, are organized by Circolo Velico Ventotene and Marina di Yasmine Hammamet, under the aegis of the Italian Sailing Federation, UVAI and the Fédération Tunisienne de Voile.
The Association of Friends of Carthago Dilecta Est, West Med Blue Economy Initiatives, Club Nautique Hammamet, Club Nautique Sidi Bou Said, Porto Turistico di Roma, Porto Turistico di Gammarth, Marina di Bizerta, Porto Turistico di El Kantaoui and other Tunisian and Italian Marinas and Nautical Clubs are collaborating in the organization of the event.
